Reingold is seeking a digital analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to inform data-driven marketing strategies and implement digital analytics solutions for clients’ websites and mobile apps. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data-driven insights to colleagues effectively. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in office at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA. 

You can expect to do the following in your day-to-day work: 

  • Understand clients’ goals and translate them into recommendations for digital analytics strategies to enable the measurement of key performance indicators. 
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights into the use and effectiveness of clients’ marketing campaigns and digital assets to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the rollout of analytics solutions on clients’ websites and mobile apps with a tag manager (e.g., Adobe Launch/Data Collection, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager) and, where applicable, manage integrations that include various data sources.
  • Lead the adoption of technologies to automate data collection and reporting processes.
  • Design and document digital analytics solutions, working closely with developers, content creators, and outreach specialists to ensure that requirements and dependencies are delivered accurately and in accordance with digital analytics best practices.
  • Spearhead the adoption of analytics best practices across the organization, with a focus on data privacy and scalability.
This role is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:  
  • 8 or more years of professional experience with marketing data and digital analytics solutions, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Google DV360, and Facebook Ads.
  • A strong understanding of data end-use to guide analytics solutions, with knowledge of the technical aspects of data collection for implementing analytics solutions.
  • Experience in analyzing data trends and generating reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and similar analytics technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of tag managers (Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager).
  • Working experience and fluency with Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as a strong technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
  • Experience with cloud solutions such as Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, math, or a similar field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience with non-routine and very complex responsibilities, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills.

The following additional skills are a plus for this role: experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis (application programming interfaces [APIs], Power Query, SQL, R, or Python), site testing (Adobe Target, Optimizely), data privacy initiatives (cookie banners, etc.), and other Adobe platforms (Audience Manager, Media Optimizer, Campaign).
