People & Experience Internship

Reingold is seeking a paid intern to support the lifeblood of our organization: our People & Experience team. Our interns gain hands-on experience, learn various marketable skills, and get a behind-the-scenes look at everything that makes a successful company function and thrive.
Internships are full-time (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20, hourly. The internship class begins on June 5 and runs through November 21, 2025. Core hours during the internship are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern. This Internship requires five in-office days (Monday – Friday) at our Alexandria, VA location.
Duties may include:
Support the implementation of a new intranet (e.g., organizing resources, developing content, etc.)
Provide administrative support to the People & Experience team, including recruitment coordination, , data entry, management of HIRS system, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and special projects
Assist with updating employee handbook policies and researching industry best practices.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and community events (e.g., team-building, social events, employee recognition).
Create and distribute firm-wide communications to inform employees about updates, events, and initiatives.
Complete one to two internship projects, offering opportunities for skill growth and professional development.
Perform tasks aligned with your skills and interests, contributing to evolving team needs.

Bonus points for:
Degrees in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Leadership, or Business.
Internship or similar experience in Human Resources or employee engagement.
