About Reingold

Reingold is a full-service marketing and creative firm in Alexandria, VA. For more than 40 years, we’ve been driven by a simple mission: to help organizations –– whether in the government, nonprofit, or business sector –– as they strive to make the world a better place. We hire top-notch talent to develop and launch compelling, inventive communications campaigns, leveraging the latest technology and digital media strategies that enable our clients to meet their audiences where they are.

We’re proud to say we’ve built a team of curious, passionate pros — from marketers and tech wizards to designers and strategists — who love what they do and bring their A-game every day. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We believe great ideas come from collaboration, humor, and a little bit of fun along the way.

When you work at Reingold, you get more than a job, you get a community. We offer competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, a dynamic hybrid work environment, a vibrant workplace and growth opportunities in a variety of specialty areas. That means when we find great people (and they find us), they stick around for the long term.

That's where you come in. We’re looking for a Senior Communications Associate – Digital Health Implementation and Deployment, who will be responsible for managing and executing telehealth implementation campaigns that advance healthcare access and digital health equity. This role develops and executes comprehensive outreach and implementation campaigns that reach healthcare providers and leadership across the Veterans Health Administration to promote successful adoption of programs, technologies, and services designed to improve healthcare access for historically underserved, rural, and marginalized Veteran populations.

Working closely with program leadership, clinical teams, outreach specialists, implementation managers, communications professionals, community partners, and VA medical centers, the Senior Communications Associate ensures that agency initiatives are communicated organization-wide through a range of effective and clear communication tactics. The role will work closely with VA partners to develop outreach strategies that build awareness of new telehealth programs and services, drive provider and staff adoption, and connect Veterans — particularly those in rural and underserved communities — with the care available to them.

The ideal candidate has experience leading or executing communication strategies with the VA or within the healthcare industry, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA or one day per week on site at our Raleigh, NC office.

Here’s the work you’ll do:

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and manage Telehealth implementation campaigns to drive provider and staff adoption across VA.
  • Create Deployment Outreach Campaign Plans covering branding, targeted messaging, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Produce campaign toolkits including scripts, multimedia, print materials, and videos.
  • Work directly with VA stakeholders to plan and support virtual forums, webinars, and training sessions via Microsoft Teams for large audiences.
  • Prepare Telehealth demos, presentations, and training assets for forums and Train-the-Trainer events.
  • Provide live production and logistical support, including attendance tracking, chat support, troubleshooting, and session recording.
  • Coordinate outreach events such as town halls, leadership briefings, status calls, and Q&A sessions.
  • Track and report impact metrics including adoption, retention, help desk volume, and attendance.
  • Support VA Trainers, Superusers, and Champions with materials to boost site-level adoption.

This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time.

This role is a good fit for someone with these qualifications, experience and skills:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, public health, health communication, journalism, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in integrated communications, implementation campaigns, marketing, outreach, public education, campaign management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing multichannel campaigns from strategy through measurement and optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex health, policy, program, or technology information into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate content.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing schedules, approvals, deliverables, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, writing, editing, presentation, and client-service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Highly organized, proactive, tactful, collaborative, and able to exercise independent judgment in a remote work environment.
  • Candidates must have an active U.S. Public Trust determination or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience facilitating virtual training or forums.
  • Experience using research, feedback, and performance data to refine messages, channels, and campaign tactics.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
